Service Description
Receive Professionally Edited, Posed and Candid Images. Price Includes Session Time and Downloadable Online Client Gallery. *Multiple Locations May Be Included at No Extra Cost. However, if Time Runs Over, Client Will Be Charged for the Initial $200 + Any Additional Time During Session.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEE: To cancel or reschedule, client must contact me at least 2 weeks before his/her session begins. *Note: Client will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for any cancellations after the 2-week mark. In case of an emergency or other extenuating circumstances, photographer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session at any time with any applicable refunds due back to client in return. USAGE RIGHTS, IMAGE LICENSE AND OWNERSHIP: I, as the photographer, am the first and sole owner of the provided images and all copyrights. The client accepts that he/she is paying for a license that allows personal use of the images. Commercial use is not granted. Any Images may not be used in a logo, corporate identity, trademark or other service mark. Copyright metadata contained within any digital file may not be altered, or removed. Photographer has the right to use images for self-promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, email and social media use. Client acknowledges that photographer is not responsible for keeping images after delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of/store images after delivery. PHOTO INTEGRITY AND ALTERATIONS: Client may not under any circumstances make any alterations to images. Prohibited alterations include but are not limited to filters, additions, subtractions or adaptations. Purchase of service includes professional edits, not retouching. CREDIT: Placement of a credit line or copyright notice is required when posting the images on the internet or any social media platform in addition to any applicable tagging (for social media). Example credit line for social media: “Photographer: @alyssa.schiaffino” PAYMENT: Client must complete payment no later than 24 hours after session ends. Accepted payment methods are cash, credit/debit, check and Venmo. Payment includes agreed-upon amount sent via invoice after booking confirmation and any applicable charges for going over the agreed-upon session time. RESCHEDULING, REFUNDING AND RESHOOTING Client may reschedule session up to 2 weeks before session date without charge. No more than two reschedules allowed per single booking request. If client is unhappy with the delivered images, client acknowledges that he/she is not granted a refund. Client is responsible for choosing and trusting photographer based on prior work and available portfolio. Any reshoots must be paid in full.
